Making a game is a lot of work, and every time I think I\u2019m close to what could be a minimum viable preview, I realize there\u2019s so much more to do. This time, though, <em>this time<\/em> is different (fingers crossed). You\u2019ll see. <em>They\u2019ll all see.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>Real Release(TM) <em>this<\/em> December<\/strong>??<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019ve wanted a December alpha release before, and, well, it wasn\u2019t this year \ud83d\ude05. So it\u2019s only fair to aim for a Real Release(TM) <em>this<\/em> December (??). I think I\u2019ve got my to-do list for Alpha 1 pretty well mapped out at this point, but let\u2019s be honest\u2014every time I wrap up a day of work, at least one more card gets added to the list. So yeah, the \u201cmust-haves\u201d list might need a little extra power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even factoring in my usual development speed, I think I can knock out about 10 more tasks before the 25th, which <em>should<\/em> get me within striking distance of a cool preview of what\u2019s to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This would be a <strong>HUGE COUP, PEOPLE<\/strong>. Time to get your hopes up!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026Okay, no, don\u2019t do that. \ud83d\ude05 It might be January instead. This is uncharted territory for me\u2014I\u2019ve never released anything like this before, and let\u2019s be real, stuff always crops up.
