My First Release

Well, well, well, well, well— that’s six wells! Making a game is a lot of work, and every time I think I’m close to what could be a minimum viable preview, I realize there’s so much more to do. This time, though, this time is different (fingers crossed). You’ll see. They’ll all see.

Real Release(TM) this December??

I’ve wanted a December alpha release before, and, well, it wasn’t this year 😅. So it’s only fair to aim for a Real Release(TM) this December (??). I think I’ve got my to-do list for Alpha 1 pretty well mapped out at this point, but let’s be honest—every time I wrap up a day of work, at least one more card gets added to the list. So yeah, the “must-haves” list might need a little extra power.

Even factoring in my usual development speed, I think I can knock out about 10 more tasks before the 25th, which should get me within striking distance of a cool preview of what’s to come.

This would be a HUGE COUP, PEOPLE. Time to get your hopes up!

…Okay, no, don’t do that. 😅 It might be January instead. This is uncharted territory for me—I’ve never released anything like this before, and let’s be real, stuff always crops up. Probably a lot of stuff.
